“I had a Quadra-Fire installed March 2012. The crew was very careful with the installation of the stove as well as the room it was going in. The job was done flawlessly. A review was given to the care and cleaning of the pellet stove and the showroom is always there and ready to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this type of heaitng as it is warm and inexpensive compared to wood and oil. I would also recommend purchaing a dustless cougar ash vacuum made for pellet stoves. Very happy.”
